Trading Signals for EUR/USD on August 10-12, 2026: sell below 1.1580 (21 SMA - 6/8 Murray)

The euro is trading around 1.1556, following an upward trend but consolidating after reaching around 1.1580. If EUR/USD consolidates around this area, there could technically be a technical correction. Or, if consolidation continues over the next few days, EUR/USD could rise and reach the 7/8 Murray level around 1.1596.

Should the EUR/USD pair fall to the lower band of the uptrend channel around 1.1525, this could be seen as a signal to resume buying, and we could expect the euro to reach 1.1596 and ultimately reach the upper band of the uptrend channel around 1.1675.

A decisive break below the uptrend channel and consolidation below 1.1530 could change the outlook for the euro, and we could expect it to reach the strong support at the 200 EMA around 1.1473, which also coincides with the 6/8 Murray level.

A drop below the 200 EMA could accelerate the euro's downward movement, and we could expect EUR/USD to reach the 5/8 Murray level around 1.1352.

The Eagle indicator is approaching overbought territory, so we believe that current levels could signal a potential pullback for the euro in the coming days.
