The recent sell-offs in EUR/USD completely offset the earlier gains in the pair. This is very favorable to bearish traders; but for those who have not yet taken short positions, there is still a chance to do so after a brief rebound.
Since there is a three-wave pattern (ABC), where wave A represents the selling pressure in the past two days, traders can sell from current prices up to the 61.8% and 50% retracement levels. Set stop loss at 1.06 and take profit on the breakdown of 1.03300.
This strategy is based on the Price Action and Stop Hunting methods.
